Cheek drill - swim with a full extension of the recovering hand by driving the hand forward with purpose on each stroke entry opposite your shoulder and rotate your body down the long axis until your shoulder touches your cheek.
Self Timing - this week we are building on the self timing and pacing practice, only over 300m but again at your 1500m pace. The goal is to swim as even pace as possible throughout the set.
