For anyone who hasn't read the "Provisional Race Information" there have been some changes to this years Club Relays. All but one can be addressed at the venue. Don't arrive at the race with an aero helmet. Due to injuries in the transition area last year, they will not be permitted this year. Please note, it is still a requirement to wear a cycle helmet.

That's funny. Last year I was bashed in the head by the point of one and noticed an official photographer catching it! I wonder whether that's got anything to do with it?

All,

In a bid to maintain our winning ways from last year (for those that don't know, we won Silver medal in the Mixed category), we are going to shuffle a couple of teams around this weekend in order to put forward a competitive Mixed team again. We also need to make additional changes to complete the Youth team line-up and to fill in for an injury.

The teams affected by the changes will be LBT2 (Tim Ashelford's team), LBT5 (Andrew Smallwood's team) and LBT10 (Sarah Spruytenberg's team). All other teams will remain as they are. A final team list will be posted here and sent out over the weekend with all changes highlighted.

Hi Jean and Jamie,

I would suggest that we meet in the main reception of the National Water Sports Centre at approx 7.30am.

I don't know either of you but I have grey hair and will be wearing a red LBT top. You may already know Frank if you have been to Friday or Wednesday swims.

Please bring your BTF licences and have a read of the race instructions before you arrive as it is usually a bit chaotic before the start!!
