The next event to be held will be a 10-mile Time Trial on Tuesday 24th May.

The course we will be using is V212 (10 miles), which is on the A168 south of Boroughbridge. Parking should be available at Arkendale Lane End, which is just over the A1 bridge after turning off the A168 towards Arkendale. The course is very straightforward on a good surface with very little traffic.

Due to regulations, we're restricted to a maximum of 30 competitors per event and this will be run on a first come, first served basis (don't worry, last year we averaged around 10 people per event so there should be plenty of space). No need to sign up in advance. The first rider will start at 7.00pm with each subsequent rider setting off at 1 minute intervals. I suggest you arrive no later than 6.30pm to allow sufficient time to sign on and warm up.

There will be no charge for these events so just turn up, ride your bike as fast as you can for 10 miles, then collapsse on the finish line!

See you there.

Jon
