Thanks for the great session - really helpful!..

i hear that you've sent out all the videos now. I've not received anything though :(. It's probably my rock solid fire wall, but can you confirm which e.mail you sent it to please? I've checked my trash and it's not there.

Hi everyone- i'll be running a swim analysis session for club members on Saturday 10th March....details as follows:
one place per person, members only
The session is for members who have not been to an LBT swim analysis before
1 hour pool time, to include a coached session and underwater filming.
Up to 2 hours of group film analysis/feedback etc.
The club are making a significant contribution to the cost of these sessions, therefore it's just £15pp.

09:40 meet at JCC
09:50 change & go to poolside
10:00-11:00 swim session/filming
11:00-11:30 change, cuppa from the café?
11:30-1:30 film analysis/feedback etc. We've hired a room within the site for this. You may want to bring a notepad & pen!
