Club coach Louise Hanley will be running a swim analysis session for club members on Sunday 23rd October 2011 and Sunday 29th January and at John Charles Centre for Sport, details as follows:
one place per person, members only
October’s session is for members who have already been on one of the previous sessions so that they can see what improvements have been made
January’s session is for members who have not been to an LBT swim analysis before
1 hour pool time, to include a coached session and underwater filming.
Up to 2 hours of group film analysis/feedback etc.
The club are making a significant contribution to the cost of these sessions, therefore it's just £15pp.
