Sorry Folks, tonights swim has been cancelled, I've just had a call from Andy Mirfin at Leeds Grammar and they have had engineers working on the pool water quality for two days and they have not finished their work in time for our session to go ahead. I am assured that it will be back to normal by Monday.

Regards, Francis.

Please find attached the Q3 W27 session. Alan J and I are in France for Le Tour and Alan S is in Valancia, so Helen Macvicker and/or Fiona Hoare will cover with Adrian looking after L1 & 2.

With Ripon this w/end, please keep the intensity low and focus on the quality of the drill or rep you are doing. You are responsible for your own times, so please assist us by being sensible, do not race or follow feet - stay in the zone - your goal is to complete the reps exactly 10 secs apart in 2 sec steps, so pace awareness is the key.

See you when we get back - enjoy.

Please find attached the Q3 W28 session.

This week session will have two timed reps, which will be self timed and the idea is that you will have two markers that should give you an indication of your level of fitness and, more importantly, what pace you should be swimming at - more to follow.
