An excellent effort by Tim Ashelford, Lois Rosindale, Jenny Latham and Richard Hamilton secured 2nd Mixed team at the National Relays

Tim Ashelford won his age-group at the National Championships last weekend in a time of 2:07:19;

Karen Best was 12th Female and 3rd Female V40 at the Lakeland Triathlon on 14th August (beating her husband, Lloyd, by 12 minutes in the process!).

Open Water Swimming

Open Water Swimming will be starting on Tuesday 25th May. The lake has warmed up and with weather forecast for the weekend it should be perfect temp for Tuesday. The gate will be opened at 6.15pm and swimming will start, after a compulsory safety briefing, at 7pm.

To swim you must already be a member of LBT and produce your membership card or confirmation of membership. There will not be any opportunity to join the club at the sessions. Please read the OWS safety code and rules, and fill in and sign the registration form before the session.
