These sessions will provide an introduction to quality run sessions. The emphasis of the sessions will be in line with the club annual plan.
Warm up round the jogging trail and meet up with the coach ready to start at 19.00 by the long jump pit.
The sessions vary from week to week but will include some basic run technique and running drills prior to the main set. This session should be complimentary to your running program and should not be the only run session done.
